This lot offers a pastoral valley view (view from Lot 22) and a sloped building site that would be ideal for a walk-out basement style home (photo of Lot 22).  At the front of the property, alongside Round Lake Road, there is a small (about 1 acre) area of flat land.  Like lots 29 and 30, lot 22 encompases about 11 acres. However, we expect to sell Lot 22 at the price of a much smaller building lot, since the majority of the property is rocky and extremely steep.
